The retreat begins with a guided meditation and yoga session to you connect with your body and calm your mind. We will transition into a facilitated discussion for women of color to explore and share challenges and triumphs to help you identify and clear clutter. We will journal and connect with each other to in a supportive and empowering environment. My goal is to provide you with the opportunity to refresh, renew and revitalize your vision for 2024!
